  • This module examines the role of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM E-mail Router in a Microsoft Dynamics CRM deployment. In addition, users review the E-mail Router configuration options and the requirements and options for installing the E-mail router.

> Pre-Requisites
Before attending this course, students must have the following pre-requisites:
  • Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server 08 with Hyper-V, Exchange, SQL Server 08 SP1 or later, SharePoint, Office Outlook, Active Directory, and IIS7 or later.
  • (Recommended) CRM application training and experience with relational databases.
