Microsoft Rainmaker Telesales Team Training

Location: Onsite in Surrey

Duration: 2 Days

Brief: - We were contracted to provide a short notice intensive deep dive course to assist Microsoft’s new Rainmaker Telesales Team in their assimilation of CRM 2011.  This was to give the telesales team the knowledge and confidence to effectively demonstrate the system’s capabilities to potential customers.

What we did:-

As with any tailored course we would teach, our first step was to complete a Training Needs Analysis and agree how metrics should be measured for course feedback post course.

Once this was agreed with the Microsoft and Rainmaker heads; we tailored the course using material and labs from CRM 4 Applications & Customisation/Configuration courses as well as providing our own labs and screen shots for the new CRM2011, which had only been available in beta format for a short while. Prior to commencement of the course each delegate was supplied with their own manual to keep and refer back to.

As the course was tailored towards a large classroom with differing abilities and language skills it was agreed that we would use two Trainers to enable delegates to get the maximum out of the course.  One trainer was a fully qualified senior MCT focusing on Microsoft CRM course and the other trainer was a facilitator presenting a sales and end user focused approach.

During the two day course, delegates were actively encouraged to work in groups taking part in labs and providing interactive feedback to trainers.
